Advisory Engagement & Operating Terms

01 — LEGAL STRUCTURE

Sahagmahrejian.com operates as advisory platforms under KM Group LLC-FZ, a registered legal entity incorporated under Meydan Free Zone regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The platform operate across advisory, strategic consulting, governance, transformation, capability development, institutional systems, programme advisory, and associated professional services.

All engagements, operations, invoicing, payment processing, and associated commercial activities may be administered centrally through KM Group LLC-FZ unless otherwise stated.

 

02 — ADVISORY POSITIONING

Information presented across the platform is provided for general informational, positioning, and professional introduction purposes only.

Unless otherwise governed through formally executed agreements, no material presented across the platforms shall constitute:

  • legal advice

  • financial advice

  • investment advice

  • procurement advice

  • engineering certification

  • contractual approval

  • regulatory representation

  • fiduciary obligations

  • professional guarantees

All advisory relationships remain subject to separate commercial agreements, proposals, retainers, scopes of work, or executed contractual instruments.

 

03 — ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Advisory engagements may include:

  • Programme advisory

  • Commercial strategy

  • Risk management

  • Executive advisory

  • Workshops and training

  • Research and assessment engagements

Engagement structures, scopes, timelines, fees, deliverables, dependencies, and liabilities remain governed exclusively through executed agreements.

KM Group LLC-FZ reserves the right to:

  • Decline engagements

  • Refuse mandates

  • Suspend discussions

  • Revise advisory structures

  • Withdraw proposals

  • Limit participation

  • Refuse transactions
    where required for operational, legal, compliance, reputational, or commercial reasons.

 

04 — CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

The advisory platform operates across institutional, governmental, sovereign, commercial, and strategic environments where confidentiality and professional discretion remain fundamental operating principles.

Certain mandates, programmes, partnerships, clients, references, or engagements may therefore remain:

  • undisclosed

  • partially disclosed

  • anonymised

  • confidential

  • protected under non-disclosure obligations

Users, clients, collaborators, and counterparties engaging with the advisory platforms are expected to maintain professional and lawful conduct throughout all communications and engagements.

 

05 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise contractually governed, all methodologies, frameworks, strategic models, governance systems, visual materials, documents, research, written content, concepts, advisory tools, training materials, and intellectual property presented across the platforms remain the property of KM Group LLC-FZ or their respective rights holders.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, commercially utilised, or disclosed without prior written consent.

 

06 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KM Group LLC-FZ shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, operational, reputational, commercial, or data-related losses arising from:

  • use of the advisory platforms

  • public materials

  • website communications

  • digital transmissions

  • preliminary discussions

  • non-executed advisory interactions

unless otherwise expressly governed through formally executed agreements.

Use of the advisory platforms remains at the user’s own discretion and risk.

 

07 — PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

KM Group LLC-FZ respects the confidentiality and privacy of all users, institutions, counterparties, partners, and advisory stakeholders engaging through its advisory platforms.

Information submitted may include:

  • Contact information

  • Engagement requests

  • Project discussions

  • Strategic correspondence

  • Commercial information

  • Proposal discussions

  • Invoicing details

Information may be processed internally by authorised operational representatives, professional advisors, technology providers, or payment processors for:

  • engagement administration

  • commercial operations

  • project coordination

  • payment processing

  • compliance obligations

  • platform functionality

KM Group LLC-FZ does not commercially sell or distribute submitted personal information.

 

08 — DIGITAL PLATFORM USE

The advisory platforms may utilise third-party technologies, payment processors, applications, communication systems, and external digital integrations.

KM Group LLC-FZ does not warrant uninterrupted accessibility, transmission security, or operational availability across all devices, browsers, jurisdictions, or third-party systems.

 

09 — PAYMENT & COMMERCIAL TERMS

Payments associated with advisory mandates, retainers, consultations, workshops, strategic engagements, executive advisory, capability programmes, or institutional services may be processed centrally through KM Group LLC-FZ using authorised banking systems, invoicing systems, payment links, Stripe infrastructure, or approved payment processors.

All payment obligations remain subject to:

  • executed agreements

  • commercial approvals

  • proposal terms

  • invoicing schedules

  • tax obligations

  • payment milestones

KM Group LLC-FZ reserves the right to:

  • suspend services

  • delay delivery

  • refuse engagements

  • withhold deliverables

  • cancel participation
    where payment obligations remain outstanding.

 

10 — GOVERNING JURISDICTION

Unless otherwise expressly governed through executed agreements, these terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

The advisory platforms operate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates under KM Group LLC-FZ.
